About Adrean “KP” Russell – Your Path to Wellness!

Adrean Russell, life and wellness coach

Hi, I’m Adrean “KP” Russell — welcome. If this is your first time here, you’re in the right place.

I’m a certified life and wellness coach based in St. Catharines, Ontario, and I’ve been coaching since 2017. I help people work through anxiety, relationships, and the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University and a postgraduate certificate in Health and Wellness from Humber College, both in Toronto. I started out in health coaching and preventative care, working with people living with metabolic syndrome — helping them build healthier habits before small problems became big ones. That work taught me something I still coach by today: real change comes from practical steps that fit your actual life, not from theory.

I’m also certified in Mental Health First Aid (Mental Health Commission of Canada) and in Assisting Individuals in Crisis & Group Intervention (International Critical Incident Stress Foundation).

I’m also a full-time wellbeing lead at Concentrix, a role I’ve held since November 2022, and a dad of five girls. I know what it’s like to juggle work, family, and personal growth at the same time — and to still make room for the things that keep you well. I love running and staying active; movement is a big part of how I manage my own head.

I’m Jamaican-born and Canadian, a spiritual person and a lover of life. That grounding — humility, honesty, showing up — is still how I coach.

Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of people, with thousands of coaching hours behind me, and I’m actively coaching now.

Sessions are one-on-one, 60 minutes, online via Google Meet. I also run group sessions and workshops for teams and youth programs.

If any of this sounds like you, the best first step is a free 15-minute discovery call. No pressure, no pitch — we’ll talk about what’s stuck and whether working together makes sense.
